What You'll Do
Support full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding activities Administer benefits, employee leaves (including FMLA), and other HR programs Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and issue tracking Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Respond to HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service Contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 5 years of hands‑on HR experience to including handling employee relations issues, complying with all employment laws, and creating HR next practices Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills High level of professionalism and discretion Labor relations experience/knowledge is helpful
