Hitachi Energy is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people and business objectives. In this collaborative position, you will contribute across a wide range of HR activities, from employee lifecycle processes and talent acquisition support to employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives.

    You will be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture.     Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

    How you'll make an impact

    • Administer HR programs, policies, and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.

    • Serve as a key point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support requests.

    • Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

    • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, background checks, and offer preparation.

    • Facilitate new hire orientation and help create a positive onboarding experience.

    • Partner with leaders and employees to address workplace concerns and promote positive employee relations.

    • Prepare reports, research data, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

    • Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.

    • Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles.

    • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.

    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
