What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting hiring, interviews, and recruiting efforts
• Helping onboard new employees and set them up for success
• Serving as a go-to HR resource for employees and leaders
• Assisting with employee relations and workplace culture initiatives
• Supporting compliance, HR records, PTO, and benefits administration
• Getting involved in HR projects that help shape how the organization runs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
• Organized, curious, and eager to learn HR hands-on
