Eagle Crest Communities is looking to hire a full time, experienced Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will excel in customer service, verbal and written communication, organization and attention to detail, and will show initiative in all functions of the job.
This position is responsible for routine administrative as well as more complex HR Generalist duties primarily on our Eagle Crest South campus, including but not limited to assisting managers and staff in the areas of recruiting and retention, workplace safety, employee relations, unemployment claims follow-up, benefits administration, employment law and more. The successful candidate must uphold the standards and policies of Eagle Crest Communities and represents our mission and core values at work and out in the community.
