Full-time position working 80 hours per two week pay period

  • This position will typically work Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours to assist with incidents of a more urgent nature, or for events that are scheduled in advance.

About the Position:

Eagle Crest Communities is looking to hire a full time, experienced Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will excel in customer service, verbal and written communication, organization and attention to detail, and will show initiative in all functions of the job. 


This position is responsible for routine administrative as well as more complex HR Generalist duties primarily on our Eagle Crest South campus, including but not limited to assisting managers and staff in the areas of recruiting and retention, workplace safety, employee relations, unemployment claims follow-up, benefits administration, employment law and more. The successful candidate must uphold the standards and policies of Eagle Crest Communities and represents our mission and core values at work and out in the community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or related degree with 2-3 years directly related HR experience preferred. 
  • Must effectively promote positive communication and demonstrate our Mission and Core Values.
  • Must be detail orientated, completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and have demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, including Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and Power Point; ability to learn and operate within new and varied programs quickly
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record; this position requires occasional travel within the La Crosse, Holmen, Onalaska area.
