AtMerrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary rangeis $31.36 to $47.04hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Generalist provides direct support for a variety of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquistion, Benefits Administration, HRIS, and Onboarding.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Two + years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems management.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
Preferred:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital/clinical setting.
SCHEDULE:In office Monday – Friday required, day shift, flexibility in hours
