This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, ensuring a seamless experience through leaves of absence, accommodations, and workplace injury programs while supporting a culture of care, compliance, and accountability.What You'll DoLeave AdministrationServe as the primary administrator for employee leave programs, including FMLA, short-term disability, state leave programs, and workplace accommodations.Guide employees and leaders through the leave process with empathy, professionalism, and timely communication.Ensure accurate documentation, case management, and return-to-work planning.Partner with employees, managers, and third-party administrators to deliver a positive employee experience.Workers' Compensation ManagementAdminister the company's workers' compensation program from claim initiation through resolution.Collaborate with insurance providers, employees, managers, and medical professionals to support recovery and return-to-work efforts.Monitor claim activity, identify trends, and recommend process improvements that promote workplace safety and employee well-being.Employee Support & HR OperationsProvide guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.Support wellness and safety initiatives that foster a healthy workplace culture.Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support HR decision-making.Partner with HR leadership on special projects and organizational initiatives.What You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Three or more years of Human Resources experience.Demonstrated experience managing FMLA, leave-of-absence programs, disability administration, and workers' compensation claims.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Ability to travel occasionally to company locations as needed.Why Care Advantage?At Care Advantage, you'll join a team that values people first and believes every employee plays a critical role in our success.
