The Human Resources Generalist supports the implementation and deployment of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across United States Brady locations. This role performs duties at a professional level across all or some of the areas: onboarding, HRIS administration, training compliance/coordination, fleet management, compensation analysis, safety administration and compliance.

This is an on-site role at our location in Duluth, GA.

  • Coordinate the full new hire lifecycle from pre-employment screening through orientation and compliance training. Assist with talent acquisition efforts as needed.
  • Partner with employees and management to resolve employee relation issues, provide guidance on performance management, support talent development and review processes.
  • Manage HR systems to ensure strict data integrity, process transactions, corrections, approvals and data-entry timely, and conduct audits.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to measure human resources functions.
  • Interpret HR policy, direct and deliver human resources services; identify appropriate policy and procedures.
  • Serve as an employee advocate, balancing fair labor standards, Brady policy and practice and business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with and integration of EEOC & AAP requirements into site HR practices.
  • Oversee fleet management, safety administration, compensation analysis, and responses to third-party inquiries.
  • Administer and facilitate the end-to-end leave of absence (LOA) process and worker's comp, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform special projects as assigned
