Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization.
Duties

- Manage workers compensation claims and related processes
- Utilize payroll HRIS or similar HR software for data collection and analysis
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in talent management initiatives and employee development training
- Oversee benefits administration and provide support for employee inquiries
- Administer FMLA Disability and other leave programs effectively
- Participate in talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Familiarity with payroll similar HRIS systems for data management
- Contribute to affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives
- Organize employee recognition, appreciation, and celebration events

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR functions such as benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
