The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, employee relations, engagement, compliance follow-up, and team member support for hourly and salaried employees.
This position partners with HR leadership, operations, ERMs, HR Assistants, Retention, and other HR team members to ensure consistent completion of HR tasks, audits, roundtables, onboarding support, and employee follow-up.
The HR Generalist also serves as a backup resource for HR-related functions as needed and helps maintain a positive, compliant, and responsive HR presence across the plant.
