Description

Schedule: Full Time | 8am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday

Pay: $60,000-$75,000 (exempt), based on location, qualifications, and experience

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll serve as a key partner to leaders across Vivie, providing strategic and operational support to advance people-related initiatives. From workforce planning and compliance to employee coaching and onboarding, you'll ensure our HR practices reflect our values and support a thriving, high-performing team. Your role bridges day-to-day support and long-term planning-helping to drive engagement, consistency, and a culture where people grow and stay.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will:

  • Partner with Leaders to Advance People Strategy - Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational changes. Align workforce strategies with business goals and ensure legal and ethical compliance in all employment practices.
  • Support Employee Development & Performance - Coach leaders through feedback, discipline, and team development. Facilitate people-related meetings and help create performance-based tools and processes that build trust and accountability.
  • Drive Workforce Data & Planning Initiatives - Analyze staffing needs, track KPIs, and use HR technology to provide insights and reports. Help develop initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall team performance.
  • Provide Hands-On HR Support to Managed Sites - Recruit, onboard, support benefit administration, and consult on people-related topics. Partner with on-site HR representatives and leadership to ensure strong onboarding and compliance practices.
  • Execute HR Projects & Ensure Compliance - Lead special projects related to onboarding/offboarding, HRIS integration, and safety compliance. Provide guidance on reporting requirements and ensure consistency across locations.

This job also requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and progressive discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, leaders, and visitors.
