Summary: The Human Resource Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function within a member-focused credit union environment. This role contributes to the accurate maintenance of HRIS data, assists with payroll processing, and provides support for benefits administration in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. The position also supports recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and internal HR communications to help foster an engaged and service-driven workforce. Acting as a liaison between HR and various departments, the incumbent helps deliver responsive, people-focused support that aligns with the credit union's mission and operational goals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
