Human Resources Generalist


Salary:$85,000-$90,000
Location: Downtown Manhattan, 3x days onsite

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:


• Lead recruitment operations for non‑exempt, temporary, and intern roles
• Manage ATS administration, including postings, screening, interviews, and offers
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes end‑to‑end
• Partner with payroll leadership to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and people‑related documentation
• Support HR budgeting, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:


• Experience in people operations, HR operations, or HR management
• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration
• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR compliance processes
• Experience partnering with HR leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment
