LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle both administrative and strategic responsibilitieswhile maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and supporting resolution efforts
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and generating reports as needed
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Handle leave of absence administration, including FMLA and related tracking
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and implement solutions that support business goals
  • Assist with special projects, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
