Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus + Benefits

Human Resources Generalist Description
Our client, a respected Wisconsin retailer, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across 3-4 store locations. Reporting to the HR Director, this role provides broad exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, training, and compliance. This is a highly hands-on position that requires a humble, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. The ideal candidate enjoys being in the details, supporting employees and managers, and helping wherever needed. Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Assist with new hire orientation and employee onboarding processes
• Help ensure payroll and timekeeping information is accurate and submitted on time
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR procedures
• Assist with employee relations matters and workplace concerns
• Coordinate leave requests, accommodations, and employee documentation
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and training initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Analyze HR data and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Travel to local store locations to build relationships, support managers, and serve as an accessible HR resource
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the HR team and business operations
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources OR 2+ years of Human Resources experience required
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems required
• Willingness to travel locally and be present on-site as needed
