You'll support the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, performance management, development, wellness, safety, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a site HR partner to administer and support HR programs including onboarding, benefits, leave management, performance management, and employee relationsParticipate in interviews and assist in hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needsSupport an engaging and smooth onboarding process that sets employees up for successAssist leadership in resolving employee concerns or conflicts and escalated sensitive issues to the HR Manager as appropriateMaintain accurate and organized employee records within the HRIS; ensure timely updates and proper electronic documentationMonitor employee time and attendance, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with policyPrepare and process weekly payroll and compile necessary reportingRespond to employee, supervisor, and applicant inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payrollAssist with the design and delivery of training programs that support compliance, skill development, and employee growthOversee the performance review process to ensure timely completion and alignment with company policyTrack and document compliance with required and optional trainingSupport and promote corporate wellness initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyle choicesEnforce safety policies, identify potential hazards, and partner with leadership on corrective actionsMaintain strict confidentiality and develop trusted relationships across the organizationEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and recommended HR best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field3+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturingProficiency with HRIS and payroll systems and strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional organizational skills with consistent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionallyThorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levelsHigh level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalismAnalytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate confidential or sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgmentBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
