Human Resources Generalist

Join Our Team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and help create a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, employee engagement, and HR record management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data (Proliant).
  • Assist with employee benefits, leave administration, and open enrollment.
  • Coordinate New Employee Orientation and required training assignments.
  • Support employee engagement, training, recognition programs, and morale-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Healthcare HR experience preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee engagement programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Proliant preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
  • Familiarity with HealthStream or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
