Human Resources Generalist | $55,000 - $70,000 | South Bend, IN
A growing employer is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities
- Assist with employee relations matters
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support benefits enrollment and administration
- Assist with policy implementation and compliance efforts
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- HRIS experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
