Description Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization in the Spokane market. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with leadership and employees. Key Responsibilities: + Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding + Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives + Assist with recruitment efforts including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication + Maintain and update employee records within HRIS systems + Support benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding coverage and enrollment + Partner with leadership on performance management and employee development initiatives + Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data and timekeeping + Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in an HR role doing multiple functions (employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or payroll) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion + Experience with HRIS or payroll systems + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
