Perform a range of human resources duties including onboarding, FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' comp, employee relations, benefits, and compliance management.
Provide guidance to employees and leadership, maintain accurate records, and ensure legal and organizational adherence.

Core competencies include interviewing, team building, emotional intelligence, communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and adaptability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment processes.
  • Administer benefits, leave requests, and accommodations.
  • Manage workers' compensation and insurance claims.
  • Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain personnel files and HRIS systems; develop training sessions.
  • Assist with recruitment, policy development, and recordkeeping.

Qualifications include an AA in Business or HR (BA preferred), 3+ years HR experience, valid Florida driver license, and knowledge of employment laws.
