Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR functions, supporting our company's growth and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources management, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Your efforts will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Duties

Manage human capital processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry to maintain accurate employee records.
Support change management initiatives, organization design, and workforce management strategies aligned with company goals.
Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting positive communication across departments.
Assist with compliance management related to employment law, OSHA regulations, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning.
Contribute to training & development programs, succession planning efforts, and HR projects such as HR sourcing and talent management initiatives.
Prepare reports using Excel data analysis tools to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications

Proven experience in an HR department or human resources management role with familiarity in employment & labor law and HR legal compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel is essential.
Experience with recruiting, personnel administration, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with OSHA standards, conflict management techniques, and data collection methods related to HR functions.
A proactive mindset with a passion for fostering inclusive workplace environments through strategic planning and employee engagement initiatives.
