What You'll Do - Lead all day-to-day Human Resources functions, including payroll, benefits administration, personnel records, and HRIS management.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with leadership to develop employee engagement, retention, training, and performance initiatives.
- Administer leave programs, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employment-related programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
