Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Human Resources professional with healthcare experience to join our leadership team. This role is vital in supporting our staff and maintaining compliance while fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees

• Maintain accurate employee records, benefits, and compliance with state/federal regulations

• Provide support with employee relations, retention initiatives, and performance management

• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accuracy

• Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and promote employee engagement

• Support training and staff development programs

Requirements:

• Previous HR experience required

• Healthcare experience required (skilled nursing/long-term care strongly preferred)

• STNA or LPN license a plus

• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism
