Rate: $20 - $23hr. W2 without benefits
Duration: 12 months – Contract to hire.

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator Sr. This role is integral in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with GSuite, Workday, Handshake, and LinkedIn
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in human connection
• Ability to perform application reviews and upload interview documentation
• Experience in sending new hire welcome emails
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and setting up interviews
• Familiarity with ad hoc administrative functions supporting recruiters
• Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews by interacting with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters
• Upload interview documentation provided by hiring managers
• Send out new hire welcome emails
• Support recruiters with various administrative tasks
