Work Location: Onsite
Shift: 1st (8am-4:30pm)
Overtime may be required (5-10 hours).
Candidate must have recruiting (hourly employees), employee conflict resolutions, and administrative skills.
Primiary funtions filling , recruiting hourly positons, continuous improvement, auditing
No experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience highly desired!!!

Contract only
Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management
Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes
Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies
Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business
Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high performing, effective teams
Assist Global Mobility initiatives for Corporate population
Skill/Knowledge:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
