    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will support daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
    • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.
    • Assist with benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefits.
    • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
    • Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
    • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
    • Support payroll administration by verifying employee information and timekeeping records.
    • Assist with HR projects and company events as needed.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred

    •  HR certifications or Similar.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software.
