Job title: HR Recruiter 
Duration: 6 months with possible extension 
Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid 
Rate: $40-$45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Should have 3+ years of recent sourcing experience
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions and sourcing diverse candidate pipelines
• Need recent 5 years of experience in recruiting

• Experience with innovative sourcing techniques
• Strong understanding of market trends
• Experience in developing candidate pipeline strategies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions and sourcing diverse candidate pipelines
• Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
