Job Summary and Qualifications

The HR Integration Manager is responsible for the operational execution of our workforce transition strategy. This role serves as the central point of coordination between Business Leaders, HR Partners, and Legal Counsel to ensure that organizational changes are carried out with precision, consistency, and full compliance. The ideal candidate brings a management consulting mindset and can navigate the complexities of large-scale transformation and evolving workforce models.

This role is fully onsite at our Capitol View office.

Major Responsibilities

Workforce Transition Execution

  • Project Governance: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of workforce transitions, aligning with Global Capability Center (GCC) ramp-up schedules to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Selection Coordination: Facilitate data-driven organizational design and selection processes with HRBPs and business leaders to determine role impacts driven by the evolving global operating model.

Workforce Transition Management & Employee Support

  • Notification Lifecycle: Design and execute the notification process, including logistical planning, document distribution, and real-time “war room” oversight during high-volume transition periods.
  • Manager Enablement: Equip people leaders with coaching, guidance, and toolkits to ensure they are prepared to communicate sensitive changes with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement and monitor retention programs for employees essential to business continuity throughout the transition period.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Regulatory Liaison: Partner closely with Legal to ensure all workforce actions align with federal and state requirements.
  • Compliance Documentation: Coordinate with Legal and Compensation teams to ensure transition-related documentation—including separation agreements, OWBPA disclosures, and severance materials—is accurate and compliant.
  • Risk Monitoring: Conduct ongoing assessments related to employee engagement, morale, and potential attrition risks that could impact transition milestones.

Stakeholder Management & Consulting

  • Consultative Insights: Serve as a strategic advisor to business and HR leadership, using a consulting-based approach to present workforce analyses, transition progress, and risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Process Optimization: Develop, refine, and maintain repeatable playbooks and frameworks to drive consistent execution of workforce transition initiatives across business units and global functions.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience: 7+ years of HR experience required, specifically within Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, or Organizational Transformation.
  • Consulting Background: Previous experience in a Management Consulting environment (Human Capital or Strategy) is highly preferred, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of US labor laws 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, required.
