Main Responsibilities: Onboarding and Off-boarding: coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activity, including orientation, training schedules and new hire and exit paperwork. Projects; assist in HR projects and initiatives as required and necessary. To succeed, you will need Education Level: Current students, typically rising juniors/seniors: freshman and sophomores welcome. Relevant previous experience: in relevant major internship focus. knowledge areas/skills: strong communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and about vacuum technologies in a professional/dynamic environment.
