Job Summary:
Assists and supports various personnel, recruiting, phone screening, benefits and training functions. Provide support for administrative and store personnel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
- Maintain complete confidentiality with personnel and payroll information at all times
- Assist in the maintenance of employee personnel records
- Assist to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws
- Assist with screening candidates, scheduling employment interviews and with any follow-up for onboarding requirements
- Identify, engage, and assess candidates for unique and difficult to fill positions
- Assist with employee seminars, contests, luncheons, and other employee engagement activities as needed
- Assist in the preparation of communication and mailings to employees
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- In progress or recently completed - Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource, Employee Development, Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- Preferred: 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role or in an office setting
- Must be actively enrolled in a degreed college program

Compensation:
18.00 per hour
