Job Summary: Supports the Human Resources department with a focus on developing foundational HR competencies across all core HR functions for Human Resources Intern. This role is designed as a developmental track to prepare the intern for growing responsibility within the HR function over time, including eventual readiness for a fulltime position in HR. The intern will assist with employee relations events, recruiting support, compensation data analysis, HRIS administration, and various HR projects as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Must be enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree program. Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to exercise sound judgment. Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion required. Ability to work flexible hours when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required; experience with HRIS platforms a plus. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in pursuing PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification encouraged
