Our strict focus on serving only the hotel industry gives our clients the benefit of a more sophisticated guest service platform, without distractions from other verticals. With over 1,000 team members at over 40 hotels, Hotel Valet Parking Management and Bell Services is our only niche — and it receives our undivided attention.
Our rapid growth nationwide has created a vital role at the corporate office that oversees the critical details in properly launching a new hotel operation. We onboard approximately 4 new hotels each month, and this internship is a great fit for a student who loves to multitask, stay organized, and juggle multiple projects at once — all while learning the ropes of corporate recruiting from the ground up.
Internship Overview
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the Fall semester. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offer — while supporting a team that hires for one of the most unique niches in the hospitality industry. You'll work directly with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and gain real exposure to high-volume, multi-site recruiting.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with your manager to create a project to improve processes presented at the end of your internship
Perform other duties as assigned to support the corporate recruitment strategy
