Job Description

About the Team: The Human Resources team at ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC. plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment that produces axle drive systems for Stellantis as a Tier One automotive supplier. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside HR professionals in an in-plant setting, supporting a variety of functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training, and HR administration. This year-round internship offers current students a unique opportunity to develop practical HR skills while contributing to a collaborative team that supports the success of both employees and plant operations.

What you can look forward to as an HR Intern:

+ Visible presence at HR welcome desk and represent HR for initial employee questions/concerns.

+ Manage visitor and employee traffic for other HR employees.

+ Manage HR correspondence including phone calls and voicemail.

+ Maintain grievance files and grievance log.

+ Manage recognition programs.

+ Create welcome and promotional slides for new hires and internal promotions.

+ Support Talent Acquisition/Recruiting with paperwork, interview scheduling, etc. Assist with orientation.

+ Manage employee badges and corresponding badge system to include regular access audits.

Your profile as an HR Intern:

+ Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.

+ Excellent communications skills.

+ Customer service attitude.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills.

+ Excellent computer skills and must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
