What Youll do The Purpose of the Human Resources Lead is to assist with various human resources functions and to provide support to both management and associates at their location. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a positive and productive work environment while upholding company policies and legal compliance.
The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing employment-related activities at the location level, which include but are not limited to staffing, timekeeping, record keeping of performance coaching, benefits administration, and training coordination.
