We’re looking for experienced Human Resources and Learning & Development professionals with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills to review and reconstruct executive-level business presentations.
You’ll work with materials covering areas such as organization design, talent development, workforce planning, learning programs, and compensation and benefits strategy. The focus is on improving presentation clarity, structure, visual communication, and storytelling while preserving HR and L&D accuracy, definitions, and context.
This role requires strong professional judgment. You’ll be expected to explain both the improvements you make and the effective elements you intentionally preserve.
No previous AI experience is required.
Reconstruct HR, Learning & Development, and organizational development slides from supplied images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Improve slide structure, layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
Strengthen data visualization, charts, tables, diagrams, and supporting exhibits.
Apply visual storytelling principles to make complex HR and L&D information easier to understand.
Edit and refine slide content while preserving important definitions, caveats, assumptions, and data accuracy.
Develop clear, evidence-supported titles and key messages.
Evaluate whether supporting exhibits effectively communicate the intended insight.
Work with materials such as organization design presentations, training and development materials, workforce planning decks, and compensation reviews.
Document the reasoning behind improvements made to each slide.
Explain why specific original elements were deliberately retained when they are already effective.
Communicate presentation and content decisions clearly in writing for senior and client-facing audiences.
Complete assignments within an anticipated 1–2 hours per slide.
Participate in project-based, sprint-driven work with volume varying by project requirements.
3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, organizational development, workforce strategy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR and L&D concepts, terminology, and business practices.
Demonstrated experience creating or refining executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Strong slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, and visual storytelling capabilities.
Excellent content editing and business communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to assess whether HR and L&D information is accurately represented and appropriately structured.
Ability to clearly explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, exhibit selection, and design decisions.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.

This role goes beyond rebuilding slides.
You’ll need to understand the HR or Learning & Development context behind each presentation and determine what information matters most to the intended audience.
You should be able to explain why a particular title, chart, exhibit, layout, or content change improves communication while recognizing when an existing element is already accurate and effective and should be preserved.
Successful presentations will be accurate, polished, logically structured, and easy for senior stakeholders or clients to understand.
The strongest work will preserve important HR and L&D context while making key messages clearer, strengthening supporting evidence and visual communication, and demonstrating deliberate reasoning behind both the changes made and the elements retained.
Annual compensation equivalent: $288,000–$672,000, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.
Hourly rate: $150–$350/hour.
