The HR Leave Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of leave and accommodation management. In addition, this position also oversees various other HR tasks.
As part of the essential functions of this role, the HR Leave Administrator:
Qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business/human resources or related field and two (2) or more years' experience handling leave and accommodation matters OR an associate degree in business/human resources or related field and (5) years' experience handling leave and accommodation matters; ADP systems knowledge and experience preferred; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential
