      Human Resources Manager
      Brighton, MI | Full‑Time | Exempt
       
      Lowry is a Brighton, Michigan based technology company, and we’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who’s excited to build and lead a people function in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you’ll shape culture, support our team, and ensure we have strong, scalable HR practices.
       
      What You’ll Do
      • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that support our people and business goals
      • Lead full‑cycle recruiting and deliver a great candidate experience
      • Own onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs
      • Support managers and employees with coaching, guidance, and employee relations
      • Maintain and enhance HR policies, compliance, and HR operations
      • Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes
      • Drive engagement and culture initiatives
      • Coordinate payroll accuracy with Finance and manage benefits renewals
      • Handle workers’ compensation, safety reporting, and other compliance needs as required
      What You Bring
      • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
      • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (tech or fast‑paced environment a plus)
      • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
      • Experience using modern workplace technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to improve productivity, reporting, communication, and process efficiency.
      • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
      • Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making
      • Ability to work independently and manage a broad range of responsibilities
      • HR certification (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
