As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace. You'll support employee relations, drive performance management initiatives, and lead recruitment efforts—all within a dynamic and engaging environment. Collaborating closely with leadership, you'll ensure HR strategies align with company goals and foster staff engagement and well-being.

What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Building strong employee relations and managing performance review processes to promote team success.
  • Leading recruiting and onboarding activities to attract top talent and ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Administering employee benefits programs and assisting staff with questions or issues related to benefits.
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time to ensure employees are paid correctly.
  • Ensuring HR compliance across all areas, including ACA, EEO, OSHA filings, and other employment laws.
  • Performing additional HR duties as needed to support ongoing initiatives and company growth.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources and payroll management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of benefits administration expertise.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong technological skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
