What You'll Do

• 
  
• Lead all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
• 
  
• Partner with managers on employee coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution
• 
  
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts across the organization
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
• 
  
• Manage benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation
• 
  
• Support training, employee development, and succession planning initiatives
• 
  
• Foster a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR leadership
• 
  
• Agriculture experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices
• 
  
• Experience handling employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• 
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
