Human Resources Manager (Bilingual)

BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

  JOB SUMMARY
The Bilingual HR Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking employees and management, and requires fluent bilingual communication to support a diverse workforce.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
‍   Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers in English and Spanish.
  Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documentation (I-9, W-4, policy acknowledgments).
  Serve as the primary bilingual resource for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and workplace concerns.
  Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system.
  Manage performance management processes, including reviews and disciplinary documentation.
  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA).
  Oversee payroll processing coordination and benefits enrollment.
  Plan and implement employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  Supervise and mentor HR support staff.

  QUALIFICATIONS
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
  Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
  Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.
  PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus.

  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience.
