What You’ll Own



  • Be the go-to HR leader for executives and managers

  • Take charge of recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelines

  • Drive performance management, compensation strategy, and annual reviews

  • Lead employee relations and culture initiatives across all levels

  • Ensure compliance (OSHA, labor laws) without slowing the business down

  • Jump into the trenches when needed—payroll backup, HR operations, and day-to-day support



What We’re Looking For:



  • 5–8+ years of HR experience (manufacturing is a big plus)

  • Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution

  • Someone confident working with both shop floor employees and executives

  • Strong communicator who can influence, push back, and build trust

  • HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
