Compensation and Benefits

What You'll Do
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Coach managers on employee development, accountability, and workplace issues
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
- Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary employee resource
- Manage HR reporting and employee records through Paylocity
- Conduct annual employee check-ins to support engagement and retention
- Train leaders on effective interviewing and hiring practices
- Coordinate quarterly employee events and community outreach initiatives
- Build relationships with local trade schools to support recruiting efforts
- Participate in occasional technician ride-alongs to better understand field operations
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of Human Resources management experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience coaching managers and handling employee relations
- Experience administering employee benefits
- Paylocity experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across the organization
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
- Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or another skilled trades industry is preferred
