This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, total rewards, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Develop performance management systems and guide managers through reviews.
- Create compensation strategies based on market research.
- Address employee concerns confidentially and fairly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and consistent HR policy application.
- Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS systems and oversee facility maintenance and safety.
- Assist finance team with payroll and related tasks as needed.
