Now Hiring: HR Manager | Concord, CA

$100K - $160K Base Salary

Are you a passionate HR leader who thrives on building strong workplace cultures, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement? An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established organization in the East Bay.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of progressive HR experience

Experience leading and developing HR professionals

Strong Employee Labor Relations and workplace investigations expertise

Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absence, and Accommodation experience

Ability to coach and advise leadership on complex employee matters

Bachelor's degree required

SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
