About Us


NY Monda Window and Door, Inc. is a window manufacturing company established in 2000 and headquartered in Corona, Queens, NY. We operate four locations across Queens and Nassau County and employ approximately 40 team members.


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and support our growing team.


Responsibilities


  • Manage HR operations for approximately 40 employees across 4 locations
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, NY State, and NYC employment laws
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy
Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Strong knowledge of New York labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, etc.)
Compensation


  • $70,000 – $90,000 salary (depending on experience)
