Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas.

Provides support to assigned divisions/regions on employee relations matters and compliance.  Handles various HR related inquiries. 

How you’ll make us better:

• Advises supervisors and team members on Human Resources policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
• Investigates and resolves team member complaints while properly documenting outcomes
• Partners with leadership team and provides coaching to promote company culture and a positive work environment
• Responds to HR Support inquiries from managers and team members within assigned divisions/regions
• Assists with the implementation/roll out of Human Resources initiatives or policies

Your special skills:

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and apply discretion when handling sensitive matters
• Ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations
• Consultative style with ability to influence through expertise and coaching
• Strong relationship management and communication abilities

Prerequisites for success:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ Human Resources generalist experience with emphasis in employee relations
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a multi-state workforce
