Cozzini, LLC is looking for an HR Manager to run the human resources function for our manufacturing facility. This is a standalone, full-impact role. You will act as the vital bridge between our local team, facility leadership, and corporate HR initiatives-ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for exempt and non-exempt positions, including specialized engineering and manufacturing roles, while managing staffing agency partnerships.
Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers and employees by coaching leaders, guiding the performance management process, and developing employee engagement and retention strategies to support a high-performing workforce.
Manage benefits administration, process payroll, audit timekeeping records, and keep HRIS data perfectly updated.
Partner with operations to support facility safety programs, manage compliance with labor laws, and lead the rollout of corporate policies, training modules, and HR audits.
Manage complex employee relations matters, prepare workforce data, metrics, and reports to support compliance and executive decision-making.
Build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all organizational levels, from skilled trades on the production floor to executive leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
6-8 years of progressive HR experience supporting internal employees and leadership teams
Minimum of 3 years of HR leadership and hands-on management experience specifically within a machinery manufacturing environment. You understand the unique dynamics of an hourly vs. salaried workforce.
Experience recruiting professional talent across engineering and other technical and business functions
Benefits administration experience
