We are seeking a Human Resources Manager in Everett, Washington, to lead HR initiatives and partner with division leaders.
- Oversee daily HR activities, employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Manage employee programs including compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development efforts.
- Coach managers on performance reviews, discipline, and employee engagement.
- Develop and communicate HR policies, ensuring adherence across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance employee experience and facilitate effective onboarding.
- Monitor performance management processes and assist with goal setting and feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 3-5+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and knowledge of employment laws.
