Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + discretionary bonus
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:
- Process payroll for approximately 170 employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Lead onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and HR administration activities
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, physicals, and new hire documentation
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management across office and field operations
- Support employment law compliance, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and HR policies
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational needs
Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
- 5+ years of HR and payroll experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Fluent bilingual Spanish/English
- Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, industrial, or other blue-collar workforces
- Bachelor's degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
