Responsibilities include

- ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies,
- investigating employee issues, and mediating conflicts,
- administering benefits and supporting payroll processes,
- managing onboarding and training,

Qualifications include 5+ years of HR experience with leadership roles, a bachelor’s degree, solid knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication and HRIS skills.
