A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations functions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning efforts
- Support employee engagement and retention programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
